Marc Jacobs is bringing Joy to Miami.
Starting Wednesday, the brand will host a weeklong immersive program at Art Basel Miami Beach, adding a new chapter to its global season of Joy.
The initiative looks to transform Miami Beach into a creative playground that highlights the brand’s commitment to self-expression, collaboration and the intersection of art and fashion.
From Wednesday to Sunday, Jacobs will invite guests to step inside the imaginative world the brand has built with contemporary artists David Shrigley, Derrick Adams and Hattie Stewart, including a private celebration at the Botanical Garden where Jacobs will unveil a limited-edition Daisy Murakami fragrance collection that combines the whimsical Daisy and Takashi Murakami’s vibrant flowers. The colorful collection features four scents designed to inspire moments of optimism, joy and charm, each priced at $137. There will be a live art activation with Converse, allowing guests to transform sneakers into statement pieces through on-site stenciling, a Moleskine customization cart, offering complimentary personalized notebooks created in collaboration with each artist, and a Bookmarc signing with Adams.

Adams said, “Joy is more than a collection — it’s an invitation to celebrate creativity, self-expression and connection. Being part of this project with Marc Jacobs allowed me to reimagine some of the brand’s most well-known pieces in a way that reflects my own vision, but what excites me most is the experience itself: the energy, the color, and the way it brings people together.”
In addition to the Botanical Garden, the activations take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center Grand Ballroom.
Since it was introduced in September, Joy has evolved into a multichapter narrative brought to life through the distinct perspectives of each artist. Limited-edition artist capsules reimagine iconic Marc Jacobs pieces — including The Tote Bag, The snapshot, The Mini Bag, and ready-to-wear styles as vibrant, wearable expressions of each artist’s unique vision of Joy. The 55 limited-edition styles retailed from $65 to $325.
For a month starting Oct. 16, Jacobs took over the windows of Paris’ Galeries Lafayette to celebrate the pop-up for his artist-led capsule collection Joy, as reported. Through Oct. 31, another iteration of Marc Jacobs‘ season of “Joy” unfolded with the Marc Jacobs Joy Soda Shop at The Standard in New York, an immersive, limited-time pop-up experience in New York City, as reported.
