Birkenstock is not letting its foot off the gas as it revs up to release another designer collaboration.
On Thursday, the German footwear company is dropping another shoe with Staud — this time introducing the Loma clog in three new colorways: Pepper, Charcoal, and Khaki.
Inspired by Birkenstock’s signature Boston clog, the Loma arrives in a buttery suede upper with the brand’s iconic contoured cork footbed. A single suede top strap keeps the silhouette minimal.
This latest release follows the duo’s March release, which featured updated versions of the Arizona Big Buckle and Madrid Big Buckle sandals. Reimagined with raffia and finished in the new Carafe hue, the refreshed Arizona and Madrid models featured a woven texture and gold hardware, which sit on top of Birkenstock’s signature contoured cork footbed.

Staud and Birkenstock came together again in May 2025 with a collaborative Arizona Woven Embossed Sandal. The style was crafted in woven embossed leather upper with a subtle sheen and was available in two colorways — ecru and black.
This new collection comes at a time when Birkenstock’s designer collaborations are gaining a lot of attention. Earlier this month, the company released its second collection with South Korean label Ader Error on a range of footwear as part of its 1774 line, the company’s Paris-based special projects and collaborations unit.
One month earlier, Birkenstock revealed its tie-up with French shoe company Repetto. The ballet-inspired range featured the Arizona sandal, the Scala and the Opéra sabot. The range was unified by a Vichy-check gingham footbed lining — a Repetto signature motif.
And in June, Birkenstock previewed its new collaboration with Sacai at the Japanese fashion label’s spring/summer 2027 show during Paris men’s fashion week. The two footwear styles merged elements from three different Birkenstock silhouettes for a mash up of buckles on a sandal and clog silhouette.
The limited-edition Birkenstock + Staud Loma, which retails for $160, is now available in store and online exclusively with Birkenstock and Staud.
