Nike and Nigo are teaming up again on the Air Force 1, this time with BTS‘ J-Hope.
The J-Hope x Nigo x Nike Air Force 1 ’01 marks the next chapter in Nigo’s journey with Nike.
The Japanese artist, known for his longstanding influence across fashion, music and culture, is honoring that legacy throughout his Air Force 1 World Tour, while connecting the silhouette to a new generation of cultural innovators. “J-Hope is one of the few people who can become a true ambassador for culture and help carry it forward to the next generation,” Nigo said.
“I really like the harmony of the enamel material color that Nigo expressed,” J-Hope said. “And the special shoelace details that I haven’t seen often bring out the charm of the sneakers even more.”

The collaborative design features a glossy burnt sunrise and metallic gold leather upper, chlorine blue accents and signature squirrel graphics that embody j-hope’s energetic spirit. The result is a silhouette that’s personal to both collaborators, and is expected to inspire a new generation of artists around the globe.
The Nike x Nigo x j-hope Air Force 1 collaboration launches exclusively on Oct. 27 at Humanmade.jp, followed by a global launch Oct. 22 on Snkrs and at select retailers, according to Nike Inc.
Nigo’s Air Force World Tour began in May as the beginning of a multi-season journey with the debut of an exclusive style of the classic silhouette inspired by Nigo and Nike partner Jun Takahashi’s magazine column, LO2, from the early 1990s.
