Teyana Taylor held court in Stéphane Rolland on the 2026 BET Awards red carpet in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
The Oscar-nominated “One Battle After Another” star wore a gown from the designer’s spring 2026 couture collection. The strapless bordeaux gown was crafted with a fitted bodice and shimmering rectangular, gem-encrusted embellishment at the neckline.
From the fitted bodice, the dress transitioned to a full skirt with gathered fabric that created dramatic volume. Bubble hems abounded throughout the gathered fabric dropping from the hips of the gown, while a subtle train trailed Taylor along the red carpet.

A headpiece that coordinated with the dress — including the gemstone embellishment — added a new dimension of modern regality to the overall look. Taylor wore a pair of pointed toe heels to complete her attire and went minimalist with accessories.
Taylor’s gown made its runway debut during Paris Couture Week in January 2026. Rolland turned to Pablo Picasso and the ballet “Parade” as the theme behind the French couturier’s collection, per Jennifer Weil’s WWD review of the presentation.
“There was theatrical drama and a high-glam quotient for spring, as the designer revisited a clown theme with large-volume garments, such as ballon pants, jumpsuits and coats mixing circle and square elements,” Weil wrote.
“An asymmetric long coat in white gazar came paired with a jumpsuit in the same fabric embroidered with jonquil diamonds. A long cape-dress of black duchess satin, velvet and georgette crepe was adorned with a plexiglass cube brooch with diamonds,” Weil wrote of other notable highlights from the collection.
