Chase Infiniti made Tuesday night’s National Board of Review Gala red carpet in New York City her own personal runway, wearing a look by Oscar de la Renta that elevated mesh fabric and floral design.

The “One Battle After Another” breakout star turned to styling team Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald, who curated Infiniti’s Oscar de la Renta look. The mesh dress, which hails from the brand’s pre-fall 2026 collection, featured Oscar de la Renta’s quintessential floral embellishments, placed along the top half of the bustline and bodice and in a cascading bouquet on the skirt.

Curated by co-creative directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, Oscar de la Renta’s pre-fall 2026 collection paid homage to the house’s Santo Domingo roots and Dominican culture. Throughout the collection, references to the historic Fortaleza Ozama and florals featured throughout, incorporated into dress designs and more.

Textural elements, like the midi dress Infiniti wore to Tuesday night’s event, spurred individuality among the botanical-inspired designs. Florals have long been a central motif of Oscar de la Renta’s designs, with the pre-fall 2026 collection enhancing that continuity with newfound inspiration.
