Naturalizer has tapped celebrity stylist Nicole Chavez, who counts Kristen Bell and Rachel Bilson among her clients, to create a fresh take on a fall boot silhouette that launched on Wednesday.
Enter the Fletcher in Camel Croco, a limited-edition mid-calf style with relaxed ruching, a sculptural three-inch block heel and a luxe croc-embossed finish.
Chavez broke down her design inspiration for FN. “I’m always drawn to pieces with texture because they instantly add dimension to a look. The camel croc felt especially right — it has this beautiful richness and warmth, while still being incredibly versatile. The slouchy silhouette works with everything from relaxed denim to feminine dresses, making it one of the most versatile pieces you can invest in this season.”
The boot features Naturalizer’s signature Contour+ Comfort technology, which offers added cushioning, flexibility and shock absorption. Calf fits range from Narrow to Extra Wide, aligning with the brand’s commitment to size inclusivity.

As to how to style the new slouchy boot? Who better to offer suggestions than Chavez herself? She thinks it’s one of those pieces that does “some of the styling for you” — the best closet pieces, in her opinion.
“For daytime, I’d pair it with relaxed denim and a great knit, or even tuck looser trousers into it for a more directional look. At night, I love it with a slip dress or midi skirt and an oversized coat. I gravitate towards that tension between something soft or feminine and a stronger boot — it keeps the look feeling modern and a little unexpected.”
Chavez is the latest celebrity stylist to work with Naturalizer, following June Ambrose’s Style-letics collection, which included designs such as a sporty lace-up heel and a sandal-boot hybrid. Ambrose also joined the brand as global ambassador and creative director. For Chavez, the collaboration with Naturalizer made sense because she connects with the brand’s ethos.
“Naturalizer felt like such a natural partner because we share the same philosophy: you shouldn’t have to choose between style and comfort,” she said. “A great boot can completely change the way you get dressed, and I wanted Fletcher to be one of those pieces women reach for again and again — not something that only works with one specific look or for one occasion.”
Inclusive sizing was also important to Chavez.
“Also, as a stylist, I know that no matter how beautiful something is, it must fit and feel good on your body,” she said. “There’s nothing more disappointing than finding a boot you love and realizing the proportions just don’t work for you. Offering Fletcher in calf widths from narrow to extra wide was incredibly important because great style should feel accessible and personal — not like you have to fit into one standard.”
